Resellers can differentiate their education solutions by providing Intel® Education Resources, a collection of rich, curated, free content that supports the development of 21st century skills. Intel® Education provides these free resources for resellers to include in education solutions for students and teachers.
The resources are a collection of applications that are preloaded by the reseller and provide students and teachers with access to offline curriculum and supplemental content from world class content providers.
This rich digital content helps teachers meet their education goals with a range of subjects including Math, Science, Language skills, Digital literacy, PD, and entrepreneurial skills. Students receive extended opportunities to engage in meaningful and appropriate learning with videos, games and much more.
The Intel® Education Resources applications are available for Windows*, Android*, and Linux* in an assortment of languages including English, LAR Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Intel® Education Resources are only available on Intel®-based devices. Only authorized resellers and OEM’s have the ability to install the content bundle. Educators will be instantly drawn to the rich set of digital content that enable them to design more enriching learning experiences.

Intel Education Resources Program
This Intel Education Resources Program License Agreement, effective as of the click to accept date ( the “License Agreement”), is made by and between Intel Corporation having its principal office at 2200 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95052 USA (hereafter “Intel”) and Licensee.
WHEREAS, Intel Corporation has developed a variety of education programs and courses designed to help end users improve digital literacy, 21st Century skills, and their general education.
WHEREAS, Intel and Licensee wish to enter into an agreement to grant Licensee a license to pre-load onto computers, or distribute in digital form, specific components of the Intel Education Resources Program pursuant to the terms of this License Agreement.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained in this License Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
1. Definitions. All capitalized terms used in this License Agreement have the following meanings.
1.1 “License Agreement” means this document, as it may be amended from time to time.
1.2 “Program Content“ means all courses, modules, resources, documents, and other materials, developed and owned by Intel, provided either online, on CD, or in print form, that collectively comprise the specified components of the Intel Education Resources Program, designed for use by teachers and students. The specified Program Content includes, and is specifically limited to one or more of the following products:
1.3 “Content Provider” means third party provider of content that was not created by Intel.
2. Grant to use Program Content.
2.1 Subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms of this License Agreement, Intel grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable license (without the right to sub-license) to Licensee to pre-load or distribute in digital form the specified Program Content onto computers that Licensee will make available to end users. Licensee is expressly permitted to delegate to a third party its rights to pre-load the Program Content for the purpose aforementioned, subject to the terms, conditions, rights and protections of this agreement.
The Licensee shall ensure that the Program Content is distributed to end users under the end user license agreement (“EULA”). This appear on first Launch of the application.”
2.2Intel and Content Provider own and retain all intellectual property rights in the Program Content. The Licensee shall not in any way modify, alter, translate, or create derivatives of the Program Content. Intel reserves the right to review the Program Content as made available by Licensee on computers onto which it has been pre-loaded.
2.3 Fees: Licensee may not charge a fee to end users for the preloading or use of the Program Content.
3. Term and Termination:
This Agreement shall commence on the day this License Agreement is fully executed and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated (“the Term”). Intel may terminate this License Agreement immediately, at any time, if Licensee is in material breach of any of its terms and conditions.
4. DISCLAIMER BY INTEL AND CONTENT PROVIDER. INTEL AND CONTENT PROVIDER MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE MATERIAL OR THIRD PARTY RIGHTS WHICH MAY BE NECESSARY TO EXERCISE THE PERMISSION GRANTED TO THE MATERIAL HEREIN.
5. General Terms
5.1 Relationship Between the Parties. No agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship is created between Intel and Licensee as a result of this License Agreement. Neither party is authorized to create any obligation, express or implied, on behalf of the other party.
5.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
5.2.1 Nothing in this License Agreement shall operate to exclude or limit either party’s liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud; or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
5.2.2 With the exception of Section 5.2.1 NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
5.3 Assignment: The rights granted to Licensee hereunder are personal, and Licensee may not assign or otherwise transfer this License Agreement or any right or obligation hereunder, whether in conjunction with a change in ownership, merger, acquisition, the sale or transfer of all, or substantially all or any part of Licensee’s business or assets or otherwise, either voluntarily, by operation of law, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Intel, which consent Intel shall not unreasonably withhold.
5.4 Severability: If any provision of this License Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions unless Intel determines in its discretion that the court’s determination causes this License Agreement to fail in any of its essential purposes.
5.5 Choice of Law: This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to or application of choice of law rules or principles.
5.6 Entire Agreement: This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and superseded all proposals, oral or written, all negotiations, conversation, and/or discussions between the parties relating to this License Agreement. This License Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
