Recommended for IT Administrators. Includes  Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software Bluetooth® distribution packages.

Note:
This software package is the final version that supports the Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1030 and Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6230 Adapters.


Purpose:
Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software Bluetooth® is recommended for large corporations, universities and medical centers. Smaller organizations may also find the installation and deployment features useful.

Confused about what to download?
Home users: This software is not recommended for home users. The following links are recommended for home users.

Automatically  detect and update your drivers and software with the  Intel® Driver Update Utility (Intel® DUU).
Manually  
identify  your Intel wireless adapter and driver version number.

Which file should you download?
After selecting download from this page and accepting the end user license agreement, you will be prompted with a popup menu. Download the appropriate file for your Operating System and user requirements. File naming is described below.

Windows 8.1* 32-Bit*: BT_(version)_e132.zip
Windows 8.1* 64-Bit*: BT_(version)_e164.zip

Windows 8* 32-Bit*: BT_(version)_e32.zip
Windows 8* 64-Bit*: BT_(version)_e64.zip

Windows 7* 32-Bit*: BT_(version)_s32.zip
Windows 7* 64-Bit*: BT_(version)_s64.zip

Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software Bluetooth®:  
This is a compressed package which includes all files required to install the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Bluetooth Software. The ZIP package allows you to extract the drivers and software for installation on multiple systems.

Windows XP and Vista are not supported by version 3.1.1311. No future versions are planned for these Operating Systems.

Some adapters do not support XP and Vista. Review the list of Operating Systems supported by product.

How to install:
Download the file to a folder on your PC. Use a 3rd party unzip application to open the file and unzip the contents.  


Review information for IT Administrators on installation options including  silent install
